About Us...

Dr Coker is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics. He is from Dallas, Texas where he graduated with honors from UT-Dallas earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his MD from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a pediatrics internship and residency at UT- Houston in the World's largest medical center. Dr. Coker is a fellow with the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a member of the Georgia Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Coker and his wife have four children and are active in church and family activities. They enjoy traveling when time permits.

Wendy is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia where she has lived and worked for over 30 years. Wendy has an extensive background in nursing having earned her BSN nearly thirty years ago from Georgia Southwestern University, and then went on to earn her Master of Nursing degree from Georgia State University some twenty years ago. She developed her passion for patients and care for people while working in the NICU at Southern Regional Hospital for many years. Her attention to detail and relentless pursuit of answers have aided her ability to provide top notch pediatric care, coupled with the utmost personal care and attention that every patient needs. Additionally, Wendy has served the community as a Nurse Practitioner with multiple South Atlanta private pediatric practices and is currently on staff at Coker Pediatrics in Griffin, GA.

Angelica joined Coker Pediatrics in June of 2022. She received her BSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her MSN from the University of South Alabama. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Angelica lives in Fayette County with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever, Nala. She enjoys running and traveling.

Marie joined Coker Pediatrics in January 2015. She received her BSN and MSN from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Marie lives in Pike County with her husband, two children, and multiple animals. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, is active in her church, and loves riding horses when time permits.

Kaitlin joined Coker Pediatrics in February 2020. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Gordon State College in Barnesville and her MSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Kaitlin lives in Barnesville with her husband and twin baby girls. She enjoys going to the lake and going camping with her family and friends.
